Let’s dissect this a little bit to see if anything here can be verified. So:
#1: “In a secret speech two decades ago.”, that would be 20 years ago [prior to the year 2000], and that was many years before “Trompet”, or even “O’bummer” were even elected to the position of POTUS. So, who was he talking about, the sexual predator “Clint-on”, or the “Bush-man”?
#2: If the Chinese Defense Minister Gen. Chi Haotian knows so little about a country called Russia, which spans 11 times zones and has more undeveloped land, and most likely has more fresh water sources than the United States, Canada, and Australia combined, then the poor fellow is seriously lacking any geographic understanding of the planet he resides on.
#3. Therefore, based on #1 and #2 above, we can safely dismiss this as being the rants of a lunatic, and that’s all the verification one needs.
0: You missed several points, the first , speech is published by Epoch Times so speech might not even be by this
general or it might, we dont know, as i indicated high octane speculation or not, his speech should be viewed
in the context of corona virus outbreak , Level 4 lab in Wuhan and related recent mysterious “spectacular events”.
1: Hes probably talking of neither as it’s irrelevant their agenda taking over USA as his speech clearly indicates his attitude towards USA is “everyone degenerated” not unknown for totalitarian supremacist mindset.
2: Excluding Russia in the plan might be due to the known bad relations over long time and the warning from Russia one step over the river you get nuked, read Sino-Soviet border conflict 1929 and 1969 etc.He also knows Siberia is noting more then pine forest over permafrost mostly inhabited by mosquitoes and ticks.
3: I concur, rant of a lunatic would fit like hand in the glove for hard boiled Maoist fascist which
is the whole point here, therefore the speech might be utterly sane in their view just as much Hitlers
thoughts about jews is insane in your view.

Please be assured that I meant no disrespect towards you, and I’m happy you posted. My reply was not meant to delve into the deeper issues. More like poking a bit of fun at the rants of a lunatic. I know 3 individuals who spent extended time in China, and in Hong Kong. They have nothing positive to say about their time in China. And on that note I would welcome Greta Thunberg living there full-time, at least 3 or 4 decades, as an advocate and world ambassador for her viewpoints of course. The Chinese need a serious re-alignment of their environmental policies, if they actually have any. Keep posting, and I would urge everyone to take a serious look at the underground coal fires in China, and the state of their fresh water supplies. Hells Bells, it is no wonder they need to abandon their wastelands…..ugh, I mean their homelands.
