Joseph I keep telling you to move from that weather beaten town, can I suggest a few locations, how about the Sahara desert, great weather but lousy views or some place tropical, eh what about the Galapagos Islands ,lots of things to see, and no tourists, what’s not to like !!-

G’Day Jill and greetings from the cloudless and slightly chilly east coast of Oz. Basically the Madrid Circular was a document that was drawn to act as a guide to set up the EU, who would run it, etc. To get the full story you would have to read Joseph’ book “The Third Way, and Joseph jump in here anytime you like, hope that helps Jill-
