I’ve been wondering something like that myself… Along the lines of: Is Mr. Globaloney expecting some solar or geophysical event that’s going to have a big impact on the planet? Is that why he seems to be in such a rush?

Maybe it depends on the IP address a person is accessing the website from, or if it’s your first time accessing it.

One of the things I loved about living in France was that they hadn’t lost the custom of going to a bakery every day to get fresh bread. It would barely last 24 hours. But there’s no comparison between real, fresh bread and the stuff you get in the supermarket in North America today.

A definite reminder of childhood… They grew all over the place in northern OH. Kids would pick and play with them, back in the days when kids played outdoors.

I wonder if the “defund the police” movement was, in part, created to make it easier to sell the idea of replacing human police with robots. If so, we can look forward to marketing ploys like “Robot police aren’t racist and can be programmed to enforce the law with equity…”

The cyclical nature of everything has been grasped by various civilizations for thousands of years… However, I more or less agree with what he’s saying here.
