Hopkins does some insightful, well-written articles on Mr. Globaloney (CAF has even mentioned him). If the Powers That Wanna Be get their way, the “War on [fill in bogeyman du jour]” won’t last 10-20 years–it will last forever. That said, I’m not quite as pessimistic as he is, but I think it’s an article well worth reading.

The only surprise to me is that Walmart was still producing anything anywhere in America. I saw Dr. Mercola mentioned recently–can’t remember where–and the gist was he’s on the mainstream’s “misinfo” or [fill in slur du jour] hit list. Sad to see.

Just what we need… more data modeling in epidemiology. Because it’s got such a great track record. Just look at Neil Ferguson.

Some of those greaterrest.org presentations might have useful ideas in the “where do we go from here” category. Of course, you have to separate the wheat from the chaff.
