      I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again .. The entire planet and EVERY THING that exists here is in a “State of Emergency” .. (trees, water, air, soils, oceans, animals .. EVERY thing)

      He’s very interested in ELF waves..
      Put everyone to sleep.. its the perfect ‘weapon’ Everyone would just think that they fell alseep due to exhaustion..
