      Interesting, but it’s a pity that Mr Ellis, though familiar with islamic doctrine, fails to acknowledge that “jihadism” as manifested on today’s geopolitical scene was mainly created by the Germans 100 years ago and is now being run by the Anglo-American branch of “Mr Global”
