When I watch these types of videos, I often wonder if the Earth’s plasma double layer, evidenced by its layered stratum and atmosphere is the necessary environment for life. Can we leave this plasma environment and still remain ourselves?
Does the Safire project point to the continual creation of the Universe? Is this the open system we are looking for? If a feature of the Universe is to be continually created and in fact prone to it, this may help us understand why the human mind and intention may be able to direct or influence that creation.
The video discusses Nuclear Isotope remediation. Does this mean that the time regime in each double layer is different? The higher energy states in the double layers aren’t simply higher energy but faster time regime compared to the observer. If this were so, and our own double layer biosphere is changing due to the Sun’s cycle or types of inducement, would this induce a time shift that our mechanical and digital devices wouldn’t be able to pick up because we have nothing to compare the time shift with?
