Just as I am hanging out and looking around. Here’s a tid bit that will get people’s interest.

It would be interesting to see how the capability of this weapon is progressing. How accurate it is? How fine is the control? How many systems can be managed at the same time? Do the separate systems coalesce into a larger and more devastating storm and can this larger system be directed as well?
I pray for the people in that area and I suppose I am not surprise that these people are willing to go to these lengths. I am glad normal people, stable people, sane people are not willing to go to these lengths.

It won’t do people on the TX coast much good but we have been in the middle of a drought. If it fills our ponds for the winter, allows us to get another cutting of hay, we can’t complain in the central area. We have been watching water going around us all summer and we have animals to feed over the winter. Since we are in the latest target area (like Iowa that got all their crops flattened) we can only sit and watch.
That’s a very positive point of view and I like it.
