James Giordano announcing that his agency developed nanoparticles, which can be used in a form of some fog ; after inhalation, it will get into your brain and increase it’s sensitivity to electromagnetic waves ; the brain can be taken control of, then.
(I guess it can be injected too ; in 38 min it gets most interesting)
