In Spain they were called “moros”. I think it had to do with the colour of their skin because it means purple. Not very PC. back then according to modern standards, but it was quite natural to distinguish people according to their colouring.

We’ve been watching on “National Parks Secrets and Legends” on Foxtel. Some of those stories are really terrifying. I reckon our food supply drenched with this poison and it is a major cause of our food related diseases.
