    Dear all

    Question: when they test for COVID-19, do they actually test for this specific virus? There are many coronaviruses, so I am curious if they specifically test for this one. And does anyone know who discovered the marker?

      So frustrating. On twitter, I read an account by a lab tech who explained how to read the Covid19 test panel and explained exactly why the test is 80% inaccurate. I have tried unsuccessfully to backtrack to that person and her explanation… but yes, it probably never left the building. LOL.
