Vaccinations (by various names) may be included in “standard of care” or “routine care” consent forms for surgery (that is, they could be administered while under anesthesia):

Biogenics, biologics, biopharmaceuticals are umbrella terms that may include vaccinations. Though perhaps it’s best to assume any agreement to routine care could be taken as consent.
