I am happy to report practice progress… last week was an unmitigated disaster, and I narrowly avoided legal action by the Dead Organists and Composers Organization (DORCO) and the American Society to Prevent the Spread of Pianism in Baroque Keyboard Music, and to make matters worse, Youth for Up with Clavichords and Harpsichords (YUCH) called and even threatened to pull my life membership. Today, in spite of last week being an unmitigated disaster, I am happy to report that this week’s practice sessions have so far been merely mitigated disasters.
