Sooooo….they did some analysis of their deep pocket lawsuits – especially in CA – that is predatory in its pursuit of finding remote connections between seller vs manufacturer, vs installer, and or user error – e.g. Lawsuits as a Service (LaaS). Auto Parts must have come up first on the list so to improve this # that the mother ship is monitoring, they get rid of all liability. They may as well ban the walls and walls of plastics they import from China that are saturated with poison and then the Father of all poisons in their garden center…Monsanto. The whiff of all those chemicals when you walk into the store should be enough to start a class action lawsuit …shoppers unite and they can fold the hole business.
Let’s face it, this will be a boon to thousands of other sales outlets, as the bot-staffed (and bot-managed?) megachain moves from actual commerce into the quicksands of globaloneyism.
