Sorry for so many posts. But I can’t believe I found this. Years (and years) ago, my German friends in Sioux Falls, Georg and Hilda Lastau returned from a trip to Japan, and brought back this very recording of J.S. Bach’s orchestral suites played by a Japanese koto orchestra. It’s a long recording, but at least listen to the B Minor… it’s fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AbECeYEqIVs

Wow!
Just finished listening while accompanying dog on her morning walk (I hold the lead and she gets to lead us where she wants to go… my role is to pick up and keep us out of harms way.)
Anyway I digress, haven’t taken time to listen to classical music in quite some time. Whoa my imagination went wild…silent movie music, back ground music to the scenes in my neighborhood movie set, emotive feelings of sadness along with glee, what a merry-go-round kaleidoscope. Thanks a bunch.
