As a polio survivor, thanks to Dr. Sabin’s vaccine which came out at about the same time as Salk, I will vouch for the life saving features of that vaccine. One more proof that the purpose of zoning boards is ultimately for public land acquisition. Preventing use for food culture, aka agriculture, is equivalent to “taking” land. When these decisions are made by government employees, it becomes a matter of “sovereign immunity” so that you have little repercussion once the “edict” has been made.
