We are definitely at a “choose your lane” moment.

Americans are being traded daily on Wall Street- they simply are unaware that their birth certificates are used as “stock” and you are traded based on your ability to pay into the debt system which the banks extort. You can actually use your SS# and look up your “value”.

What you describe is something my family observed in about 1963-4 from our upstairs balcony. The only difference is that it moved slowly, including hesitating or almost stopping in intervals, then suddenly took off and banked leaving an obvious circular form with the lights creating a halo and then disappeared in the night sky.
