The bottom line is jurisdiction & you must challenge that in court as everything is based on presumption. If you/ewe don’t, prepare to be sheared. This is why the Constitution is not enforced as the land jurisdiction courts have been taken over by corporate contract maritime law.
I’ve heard both JPF/CAF refer to “sovereign citizens” and I’m going to say they are dead wrong. This is another spook catch phrase in the manner of conspiracy theorist.
I’ve been digging into this for years & when you start looking up the laws/UCC statutes…UCC = maritime/contract law & the gold fringed flag.

Freefall turned me onto a couple of YT channels that are invaluable. This man has worked with the lady I follow. I had thought I was reinventing the wheel w/the first couple I watched & said so. I was rebutted w/an all caps comment & blew it off for a couple of days. Then that niggly gut told me to go back & I’m sooooo glad I did as it greatly expanded what I knew. Literally went on a binge watching everything on both channels.
