  Shockwave would mean a discharge somewhere but man made or natural? Then again , we live in an electric construct so it might be just some natural occurence\phenomenon.

  Well, it’s a NATO country, so I would suppose they have some kind of hellish machine buried underground in there, baby Cern, underground HAARP, the tomb of McStain, or something like that 🙂 Norway shares a border with Russia.
