  Holy cow… Are they at it again?? If memory serves me, the NY Bar tried to pull that baloney earlier this year but had to walk it back due to bad publicity.
  
  “A vaccine must not only be safe and efficacious; it must be publicly perceived as safe and efficacious.” What’s the message there?! They’re as much as advocating propaganda, right out in the open. And implying “anti-vaxxers” are uninformed…. Gosh, does this stuff burn me up! Some people have no shame.
