      “In March 1953, Allen Dulles, Director of Central Intelligence, entrusted the thirty-four-year-old Gottlieb with one of America’s most secret and sensitive Cold War programs, code-named MKULTRA. Dulles authorized TSS and Dr. Gottlieb’s chemical staff to begin work on multiple projects for “research and development of chemical, biological, and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior.”

      SIDENOTE : I’m sure that it has nothing to do with anything….. Joseph Stalin died on March 1 1953. which is St Eichatadt Day for Satanists and in 1953 its was a full moon night.. Nothing to do with anything.. Im just in fullblown tinfoil mode..

        Whoops.. got that much tinfoiled that I forgot I was originally posting about Dulles.. Dulles controlled the MKULTRA Project in 1953… He got promoted from deputy director to director of the CIA in Febuary 1953…so he got his hands in MKULTRA the very next month that he was in office.. Who wants to connect some dots and wonder briefly if the two were related…..

          Something was tickling me. I thought you meant no bounds.. but i think ‘no boundaries’ is correct.
