    Yeh.. The US Military Industrio Complex has sent DARPA scientists to the Philipinnes to find out what they are making their cargo containers out of.. Seems to be impervious to EM/radio waves and can bounce off Military grade Destroyers as though they were made out of butter.. and that’s just the civilian ships.. They’re terrified that the Philippines are going to start building actual warships..
