What they should be doing.. is as soon as someone access’ ‘terrorist’ materiel, a big pop up window should appear saying that their IP address has just been sent to the local police force and their browser history will also be sent..just watch those hardcore wannabe terrorists s**t their pants in terror at the idea of being publicly shamed.. no reason to throw them in prison for 15 years with hardened rapists, killers, thieves and terrorists..
