The “Guidance Summary for Coordinated Public Messaging” is quite chilling…
They admit that Hawai has no designated blast or fallout shelters in Hawaii… or at least… for the Public segments.. and then they go on to say.. that in order to survive, you need to spend the next 14 days in a concrete bunker….I find that particularly senseless of their part… maybe they think hiding under the table will work, just as fine..I started reseaching into military complexes in Hawaii to see if there were any bunkers or anything… the whole island is one big miliary installation..
Forget about it.. which is again.. even more chilling, that they have >beep< all in place to protect civilians on the island….

It seems that no one did anything because they knew it was coming.. it feels like a school fire drill that took about 35 minutes to empty the building, when they should have had 12 minutes to jump down the nearest sewer.. Did they try a new ‘drill’ but put some serious punch behind it..

It may well be.. that a real nuclear missile.. may or may not have been fired from perhaps a missing ARA San Juan ..

which may or may not have had stealth capabilities…it can run around a wargame escaping detection and sink the target… sounds a lot to me like germans powering their way through the artic oceans high(jump)tailing it out of Europe…or the submarine commander could have been a genius of tactics and leadership, it also happens.. however not for the US navy commanders, who cant avoid container ships and each other….but the following info is interesting…

Ok.. so it was always on the cards, they were just waiting for INVAP to finish perfecting their small reactor… but that never actually happened. (right!!).. unless you count 500 000 manhours as being Argentine’s standard to replace a motor and batteries on a submarine… no wonder we ‘won’ in the Falkland Island wars…
Ok.. so what does all that mean…
IF.. and we’re going way past the toposhere with this IF.. a missile really had been fired… because.. as you can see.. the Hawa-ins have confirmed that the alert system was upgraded, they’ve been playing with this since last September…. how to get the warning system in place.. how to warn people and what to say.. how to implement the warning so it doesnt panic people whilst admitting that there’s nowhere for them to go anyway and the 90 percent of the population that might probably survive, will ergo die of radiation poisoning.. so the system was in place.. The Clintons were ‘visiting’ Hawaii recently..so they could have ‘disappeared in a magic mushroom cloud pooff.. (Im sure the Fire in Clinton Towers is related to a ‘disappearing act’ being drummed up… but that’s just baseless speculation on my part.. no proof.. ‘nuclear poof…) Maybe.. there was a missile.. and maybe it did get intercepted.. but no one will ever know.. but Norks were claiming a 4100 mile strike capability.. they’d still be short of Hawaii.. Unless.. that asteroid Oumuamua actually isnt an asteroid.. its the last Nork missile, that worked a little too well… and we’re heading towards a diplomatic incident with the Xitang civilisation.. but we dont need to worry about that for the next 300 000 years..
Or maybe it was a human error, by someone pushing the wrong button… and that’s telling in and of itself.. Americans.. be very scared.. your military doesnt know how to fool-proof a nuclear strike early alert system… any buffon can come in and mash his hand on the control deck. Result…people start throwing their children down wells to escape the oncoming nuclear conflagration..
