    • interesting. The Sumerians fascinate me

      • With an understanding of trigonometry.. Calculus is made up of Trigonometry and Algebra. The sine and cosine functions are fundamental to the theory of periodic functions, those that describe the sound and light waves.
Sumerian is a language isolate and was replaced by the black haired people with their Akkadian around 2000BC (ish) Which makes THIS tablet particulary interesting…
Lets also take into consideration.. Trigonometry isnt where you start in mathematics.. they had this information a long time even before this tablet was etched out..So.. maybe proof that advanced mathematic comprehension was at least held amougst the ‘elites’ at that time, that probably dated from even further back in the mists of time… when maybe large pyramids were being made.. or towers of Babili were being constructed… Heck even when Atlantis was being constructed.. who the heck knows??
