    depends.. if its mass psychosis and making people kill each other due to mood manipulation (ie uncontrollable rage) it will be a terrorist attack that uses biological pathogens. If they kill everyone because they got the frequencies wrong and they microwave everyone’s brain (they already did it to monkies during MKU) then it will be a terrorist attack using biological pathogens… If everyone dies from Ebola.. terrorist attack using biological pathogens…
