I’m pretty sure he was attempting to use all the occult symbolism to try and discover the next ritual trauma event. The whole second half of his book is about it. I’m not sure how true it is/was since nothing happened on 12/21/12 but maybe he prevented it?

So sorry for the delay in responding. A vacation and real life got in the way. I agree with you totally that Bain may have prevented something simply by catching on to “their” game.
I’ve just started reading his latest book.
As far as I’m concerned, when this many ‘coincidences’ are established, the cabal et al has exposed itself.

Had to go to the dentist today and used the Thursday update to drown out the dental drill. I bet there aren’t too many of THESE posts! Meanwhile, I had a discussion with my dentist and hope he becomes a staging.clumsy-muscle.flywheelsites.com subscriber!

Hi @kaytower … The page name (‘Your Status’) doesn’t make sense to me but that seems to be the public area (vs private on one’s own page/wall??) As said, I don’t really understand the navigation here. Still, it’s a good place to get together and share 😉

Found a really great wiki site that features many contemporary and traditional philosophers that has bibliographies and links to many of their writings in PDF format for free. I’m not advocating piracy but at least it allows you to try before you buy the hard copy. Here’s the page on Umberto Eco.

As far as his non-fiction goes, where would be a good place to start? I’ve read some short introductions to semiotics, but they all say Eco is too advanced to start with.

Just grabbed “the Tome,” and Walter Bosley’s latest. Of all people I couldn’t believe I had forgotten about Transhumanism in Dialogue, so I grabbed that as well. Also had to order another copy of Yahweh the Two Faced God. Word of advice to others, don’t lend your personal copy of that book to anyone that calls themselves a member of a whacky, home…[Read more]
