      Some has already posted this here linking the “muckrock” website. Interesting though that Sputnik has taken up the story. In the Cold War, they were talking about “communist brain washing” techniques, but then the topic of psychotronic devices – especially the stars-and-stripes variety – was gradually swept under the carpet and their existence even denied….
