Hello, Darth! Im just now realizing that I havent received a giza email since the 12th of Sept, grrrr, and trying to figure out why, why Why? 🙂 Giza emails have never gone to the spam dept, Ive checked other folders and re-entered my email subscription, which told me I was already subscribed. hmmm. And I have no idea when you posted this note to me. I assumed I would get some kind of notice or there would be a number in the circle next to ‘Howdy, Harvey’s Barn and my icon. Any suggestions? How are things in your world?

Hi Harvey’s Barn, I haven’t received RSS feeds for the blogs, N&V, or annoucements since 9/13. And the twitter feed no longer updates (but the comments do) … that’s about the same time webmaster Daniel made changes to the website. Others commented on this problem in the 9/21 blog. I’m going to open a support ticket to alert Daniel and hope it can be fixed. I relied on those updates! See you in the vidchat Friday …

I feel like Im flapping in the breeze because Im unfamiliar with the site, in general.
The FAQ page says that the problem could be that since I have a gmail acct, google determines when my updates are posted, which means giza has no control. So, blah, blah and blah is what that means to me 🙂
I guess we can expect a good rant from the Doc about this tomorrow. Heh.
By the way, Ive never received an email indicating that I have a message, etc,, although Ive checked the correct preferences in notifications to do so. Do you have any suggestions?

Webmaster has fixed the RSS feeds, I got updates and the announcements yesterday. See you in the vidchat later. I’ll say ‘Hi’ … we had a nice post-chat visit last time. FYI, I don’t really understand how this forum works either 😉
Hi Margaret-Thank you for your reply. Ive also gotten an onslaught of back announcements-yay, so relieved. I will always assume Ive mucked up when it comes to computers. Yes, I recall out nice chat! I’ll join the chat late tonight, unfortunately. Im very appreciative that Dr Farrell is so generous with his time and that the chats go long!
