Well hardly anybody believes in this pretence that Germany is a non-nuclear power. But these statements might have some value in undercover negotiations under way, to bring the issue into the light for a gradual public shift from no nukes, to just-getting nukes, to have nukes

What’s heart rending about this this is that they are all families and they decided that they needed to get out of the water right now. I dont believe that they would not have known what would happen.
