I just posted about Hollywood buying up book rights like crazy and James Corbett’s video about digital book burning. We need to gather 1st edition physical books and archive electronic documents on offline hard drives.-
And if you see an online article you might want to refer back to, save a copy then and there (as a PDF, a hardcopy, screenshot, whatever). Over the past year, I’ve seen several instances of no-longer-politically-convenient articles being taken down–or edited long after being first published.

Very Important! Been saving stuff for decades. Have many old posts from this website, plus the Comment section, and the relevant articles. All chronologically dated and titled. Useful for reference by doing at a quick search through the Folder.

This does not bode well
Hollywood is buying up more book rights than ever

report

… maybe someone around one of those pitch tables listening to yet one more superhero against superhero, superhero against nature, or superhero against superhero self had an epiphany of sorts . The possible epiphany … that they can’t make movies from comic books forever? Oh, sorry, apologies to anyone offended …. it should have read…
-
The possible high octane speculation concern here is that they can use book rights like corporations use patent rights. Buy the rights then memory-hole whatever you want to censor.
-
That’s my thought too.
-
The Rockefellers did that w/a book about them that spoke truth to their ill use of power. The authors worked years on it and jumped through all kinds of hoops to get a great investigative journalistic work out to the public at large.
Unfortunately, their publishers, then sold the rights to the Rockefellers. Undoubtedly making lots of money…

LOL,,,,

What? Aren’t Ay Eyes supposed to be writing masterpieces, composing amazing symphonies and producing blockbusters? Or has that project been a flop….

Those “hollywood” types are becoming very annoying. It is becoming harder and harder to watch series and movies without retching. It has become that uncomfortable. In some instances I gave up watching what once were beloved series. I simply can’t stand to see some actors / actrices anymore. And now they are screwing with my reading!

On my computer, the Member Vidchat page has a “First Fireside Chat ” link. It’s the 3rd or 4th down the page. I clicked on it. then when I got to the vidchat page, I typed in my user name. Hope it helps -

You can’t make this stuff up!

“”Love” the idea of “Andrea Love” as the spoke person. Is that like you’ll be better protected from the “Andromeda Strain”? Trust us we really do “love” you and want you to believe us.

Under the theorem of infinite regress, if two-masking protects 60%, and 90%, then one would need an infinite or even transfinite number of masks to protect merely 99.9999999…%

As long as it stays below a hundred.

Just one more reason to ignore mainstream media as much as one possibly can. I wouldn’t expect it to get anything but crazier and more dystopian in the coming months and years.

Thank you, Dr. Farrell, I can appreciate that. I had reservations about suggesting it. I did anyway because it’s the only English translation I know of with the Septuagint old testament and it provides “some” context as to differences between east and west theology

Thank you both. Here is the one that I am considering purchasing – will this do?

If you’re not orthodox, “The Orthodox Study Bible ” MAY PERHAPS be worth a look. The articles and footnotes are geated toward non-orthodox or new converts. The translation would probably make Dr. Farrell retch – it’s basically the New King James- but it reassembled the original old testament and the articles discuss on a superficial…[Read more]-

Thanks Komana -it may be best for me to purchase the study guide you suggest and one that retains the more traditional translations. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this.

I do NOT recommend the Orthodox Study bible. As for translations, get a King James with Apocrypha
