Ceramics classes have resumed this semester. I have been surprised to see the obsession a large number of students have with making faces, heads, cups with heads, vases with faces, etc. Then I realized. Everyone is so tired of masks that they must create real full faces to look at, to assure themselves that we do, in fact, list behind a toxic laden blue and white fave diaper.
