      Leave it to the Flemish to come up with a peculiarity of their own. Belgium is a country you can drive thru within one hour from all sides, it is that small. This tiny country concists of 3 flavors, french, flemish and german. We don’t get along so the best prime ministers are called plumbers. Because plumbers can fit any pipe to another pipe never mind the leakage that is the equivalent of palm grease! I suppose that is why so many belgian politicians get lost in the EU! It is a very beautiful country with very dark corners.

        I love Belgium, beautiful country and always feels very safe – apart from Brussels at night by the train stations etc like most cities. Louven beautiful – I still hope to make it there one day (depending on draconian travel laws that might be implemented in the EU) for the annual pub crawl 🙂
