The idea is that quantum device operations (using supercooled conductors) could affect consciousness on a local scale. Is this a by-product, something deliberate or a phenomenon that was discovered and then used in social engineering experiments?

Look at who Trump as appointed to head his NSA and other departments. Most of them are West Point grads, most of them are patriots. There is a two star general among them that is against torture on the grounds that it does not work, exposes our covert ops to the same treatment and there are more effective ways to get information.

After thirty years of not practicing steadily I am almost fearful at how badly things must have “deteriorated” but I am eager to get back into practice.

Not crazy! I wonder how much he would actually be told.
