They keep talking about 50 – 70 mph winds; pure anecdote but I can tell you there is only a mellow breeze down here in the flats of Napa. PG&E has now said that a transmission tower was ‘left on’ and this ignited the Kincaid fire now burning. I’m trying to purchase a hard copy of THE SECRET TEACHINGS OF ALL AGES, M.P. Hall. It looks like anything published by the Philosophical Research Society, mid 1970’s, may be my best bet? If you really wanna go all the way, get a copy of one of the anniversary editions; they are pricey but definitely worth it, and it’s huge – about 18″ x 14″ with marbled boards…it’s the way to go, very nice 🙂

“Control the interpretation, control the behavior.” !!Doff!! I’m reminded of phase conjugation (if I understand it correctly): lasers back-propagating the original “shape”, “signature”, or “sign” of the Event. One may argue that we need to back-propagate our original Archetypical Sign meanings, ASAP.

He tells of Pythagorus imploring young people to not only respect, but adore, and esteem the elderly. It may actually be sulfur if you’re near agriculture. It’s harvest here in Central CA, and every morning the farmers blast their crops with enormous amounts of sulfur. It’s quite bothersome to many people who are sensitive to it. We always buy “sulfate free” wine, but I’m not sure how that’s even possible these days.

I tend to do quite well with long stretches of solitude, but every now and then, humanity seems to cry out. Though, it generally seems to leave me crying… whoa is me:)

I have very few friends these days, and the ones that I do have, the majority, are hanging by threads.
