Nothing is simple and easy in this regard, you have to pour over the history to really grasp where we are politically. The resident Giza librarian should be helpful with this one @madkat (Winston1984). Also, Sir Roger Scruton could help: “How to be a Conservative”, and “Fools, Frauds, and Firebrands — thinkers of the new left”. -

At this point, we can only restore our Republic from the bottom up, not the top down. As de Tocqueville said, “The spirit of the Nation resides in the Township.” -

I agree. Life is too short to be consumed with negativity. Let’s not be ignorant of evil, but why give it the majority of our intention? It’s like I’ve heard Dr. Farrell say regarding “sin nature”— (paraphrased) if we are “innately evil” then why do we spend most of our day deciding between variations of the good? Anyhow, be well. -

As a child my mother always told me to “speak life not death” over yourself and your people. Now I take it one step further: Think life not death. Of course one can’t speak without thinking first (unless you’re a man:) but I think you catch my drift.
-
Excellent point, the current obsessive mindset of “what if….” (followed by some thinkable or unthinkable disaster) keeps perception locked out of expansive, creative intentionality.

Actually the expression “speak life” is incredibly important, since on the cosmic level the word (verbum – logos) is a creative force, to counter chaos with the sublime… not so easy to apply in everyday life, but who says life is supposed to be easy?

Good thinking makes good actions happen and vice versa…
Being aware of the mind play of present events is vital to both our mental and physical health.-
Ahh Haaa! Good one Billy,,”be aware of mind play”,,or otherwise known as manipulation. Stand fast and dont let it in.

The only distinction I observe with today’s masked hordes is that within the occulted ritual usually one dons a mask to embody another personhood, animalhood, or Deity. All of which can both be malevolent and benevolent in practice. But what is happening today is far more malevolently suspicious than whatever minor benefit may come from a…[Read more] -

Also, also, Social Contract Theory! Now there’s a topic of critical discussion. I’ve always summed this concept in its best light to the Consent of the Governed. Though, this theory can certainly get out of hand. Federalism much! I’ve also been highly influenced by F. A. Hayek and his concepts on “the extended order”, which may simply be…[Read more] -

Also, it’s quite sad how Hegel has been wrapped up in so many nefarious or, as they say, Luciferian plots against humanity. Every time I hear anyone reference the deep state, conspiracy, and Hegel, I always seize up inside. Those damn New Hegelians really soured the fruit. I’ve heard Scruton remark that whatever good that stemmed from the…[Read more] -

That was a fantastic article and tribute to Sir Roger. I always wondered why Scruton didn’t include Derrida in Fools, Frauds, and Firebrands, and now I know.-

“The purely negative approach to the status quo is simply going to perpetuate this negativity.” – Sir Roger ScrutonWhat optimism have I, or more so, we perpetuated today? We owe our youth our optimism as there are most certainly beautiful things still, and forever, abounding each day.
