The Madrid circular?
I want to read this document, but the third part of the book in which it was originally included, is suspiciously missing from the pdf available online. Does anybody have another link to it?
The book, “Germany plots with the Kremlin” (the parts I could actually read) was quite interesting. I think we will soon see Germany team up with Russia. The germans are long term planners and I guess Russia is in the know.

Tetens’ books turn up quite often on websites like alibris at very low prices. Better to have an actual copy on your shelf than deal with sometimes dubious digital copies.
Well, I see that “Germany Plots” is currently a little pricey but if you keep checking other sellers it will turn up. I have an ex library copy 🙂
