I’ve never been on a military vessel, however, I have worked on drill ships in the Gulf of Mexico and the tell tale motion appears to be there…it is kind of obvious once you notice it.

If a camera were being held, it would exhibit more motion than is being seen, especially if the floor itself is moving, as appears to be the case.
