    • Cannot disagree and they have been working up to the point where there really is no alternative. If we want even the slimmest chance of remaining a free country, we are headed for a Civil War.

    • I’d be surprised if he “crossed the Rubicon” in the way suggested in the essay, but I wouldn’t totally rule it out. My question would be: Assuming he did cross the Rubicon and had enough support to win, what happens after the win? Wouldn’t half the country still be furious at the other half, only more so, and still be funded, aided, and abetted by anti-Trump billionaires, foreign and domestic? The best outcome would be a win in the courts, IMO.
