Why does Biden have only “one” MoonBoot?
It is being suggested that it’s hiding an ankle monitor? If so, who is doing the monitoring?
It has also been suggested that after being offered a Pardon in exchange for his cooperation in the ongoing Vote Scandal his handlers applied pressure to Biden-time’s ankle, and he turned down the offer. Or, so goes the theory.
