  If I understand this “throttling” correctly, in throttling Twitter others were throttled also. Could this be a means for Russia to achieve its goal by having the other entities, who were also throttled, lean on Twitter to smarten up?

  Interesting. Seems no winner has been declared – the war rages on then between those that would censor and those that refuse to be censored.
