Forward from AD post member : In Brussels today:
The little guy here is called DONALD TUSK.
The building is a double Faraday cage.
On the roof it has reflective panels.
Each corner of the building has shock absorbers.
You think they are expecting something?
Maybe Goldman Sachs wanted a secure location?
