Meat shield dreams…
God knows how many planets we trashed before we got here. It is our nature.
We are trapped here now on this surprisingly robust rock. Living in our own filth on the brink of extinction. The universe fears us with good reason and yet forgives us for we know not what we do. We the drones and canon fodder do not remember. We are a shield of obedient meat between the destroyer and the Maker.
Sometimes we awaken and become insane with guilt. Desperately we claw our why back into the dream.
