Contains the usual stuff: CIA (named) running an op where mother’s sign away their babies; whereupon, the babies dna is manipulated, including animal dna. They are all females. Babies are given numbers and undergo mind control to be super soldiers, then socialized as fake people like Manchurian candidates. There are chem trails, secret facilities in Romana, drones using face recognition to locate escaped children. Some children still think somewhat independently; others are zombies. The girls false backgrounds are re enforced with facebook exchanges with families that don’t exist.
