I have been thinking a little about your concern. the conclusion i have come to is that you are use to people that smile while they kill when you are not looking, it is sort of a brain wash state that has been placed on people, keeps them dossal. it was a peaceful protest on my part but her customer service training is greatly lacking especially for such a large business. it was a poor experience.
