Putin spoke this morning and said that Russia can sustain $20/barrel oil for the next 10yrs! Could this be a little Poetic Justice in regards to the fall of the USSR?

I did hear that the US is now leading the pack in DEATHS:INFECTED. Let the hysteria continue. Lots of noise right now and hard to sift through actual data.

I’m telling you guys and gals, a little tar and a dash of feathers will correct this problem that continues to fester. Consider it a holistic remedy.

It’s used to moderate the forum. I’m guessing it’s a cost and (human) resource saving tool. Moderating a website with this much traffic would be a full time job for an individual. CAF and The Saker have often remarked on the challenges of moderating their platforms. Using an automated system is pretty efficient in that regards.
