Riddle me this: In the age of Geoengineering (HAARP, Chemtrails, etc.) why wouldn’t they just drive it back out to sea?
Perhaps, it is the NGO’s who pull the strings on operations like this? Public debt is just as profitable as private debt in our current fractal banking system. Hurricane after hurricane, a torched California, rivers flooding due to a miscalculation by the Corps of Engineers at the dams, all equates to more and more unfunded liabilities hitting our books. In other words, $$$.
The “Financial Coup D’etat” seems to continue. More and more money being transferred out of the tax payers pockets.

It’s a little like knowing that when an electromagnetic field is pulsed along the leading edge of an aircraft’s wings its fuel consumption is reduced by up to 70%. which is the case, I believe, with stealth bombers. Why is this technology not made available in commercial aircraft? Well, apart from demonstrating to the wider world that electro-gravitics are a reality, it would bring about a serious depletion in the revenues that governments gather in so-called carbon taxes on sales from long distance air tickets. The uses to which a particular technology is put depend on the intentions of those who control the technology.
