Whaaattt? I’m shocked, shocked I tell you! Stealing of US Aid from Rick’s in Ukraine? I don’t believe it. We TOTALLY trust EVERYONE involved in these transfers of wealth. This simply can’t be true. I refuse to believe such a thing to be even able to be thought by anyone in government let alone intentionally concoct such a plan.

As Catherine often says, keep your “smart” phone turned on only when really necessary. Nowadays many people send voice messages so there is less need to keep it on to get calls. And for a slightly higher level of semi-privacy, when it is “off” keep it in a Faraday cage or bag. An old microwave over will do.

When I go by public transport it never ceases to amaze me to see how people use this space age communication tech to play games on their phones. I respect ladies who check up on recipes much more, at least that’s useful.

People like to cover their laptop cameras with tape, but not their phone cameras or mics. People are strange.

One of the truly disquieting sights (for me) is that of ladies fixing their makeup and instead of using an ordinary little mirror, use their phone screen picture as a mirror! Talk about facial recognition….
