I have had quite a few emails asking me to send some of the recommended reading lists that I, and a few others, had been contributing to a thread in the recently discontinued FORUM. We all tried to post items relevant in a fairly direct way to Dr. Farrell’s work or issues brought up during chats. I’ll post a few here for the time being … Hopefully some will be found to be of interest or use.
