Wonder if all the “shipwrecks” were of the marine variety.
All the evidence points to the existence of huge undersea resources and multiple agendas such as USOs. Nobody will convince me that seabed mining is more expensive than asteroid mining. But in both places there might be “other parties” raising objections…
